Terms of Service

By creating an account or using Framebase (the “Service”) you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.

1. Your account

You're responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.

2. Your content

You retain all rights to images and assets you upload. By uploading, you grant Framebase a limited license to store, process, and serve those assets back to you and to recipients you share them with. You're responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload anything you do.

3. Acceptable use

Don't upload illegal content, malware, content that infringes others' rights, or material that depicts the sexual exploitation of minors. We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.

4. Plans and billing

Paid plans are billed monthly via Stripe. You can cancel anytime from the billing portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period. Quotas reset at the start of each billing period.

5. Service availability

We aim for high availability but the Service is provided “as is.” We may change or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

6. Termination

You can delete your account at any time. We may terminate or suspend accounts that violate these Terms. On termination your stored assets will be deleted within 30 days.

7. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Framebase is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is capped at the amount you paid in the prior 12 months.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced via email or in-app notice at least 30 days before they take effect.
